reasons, we are unable to accept returns once an order 
has been delivered.

If you received a damaged or defective item, 
we will replace it free of charge.

How to request a replacement:
1. Email us at tanchik2873@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Attach clear photos of the defect
3. Include your order number
4. We will review and send a replacement within 5–7 business days
